As a child, Danielle Allen's Nana planted “wisdom seeds” in her heart. Patrice Wade Johnson grew up in New York City and attended the University of Pittsburgh where she received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education degrees. She is currently an Assistant Principal and her professional experience includes Counseling, Educational Administration and community initiatives for youth and young women.

Patrice is an emerging filmmaker with four plays, three novels, and two completed screenplays as evidence of her creative abilities. Her works are realistic fiction dramas about choices, family, friendship, and the importance of faith.
