In 1997, Bill Hobbs founded Urban Youth Impact, a faith-based, non-profit organization that has touched the lives of thousands of youth in West Palm Beach and vicinity. In 2018, Bill turned the presidency over to another but remains involved developing strategic partnerships with those who are called to help UYI fulfill its expanding mission.
