Jamie Johnson

Jamie Johnson's life changed when Jesus walked into his high school Algebra class. Coming out of his own hurt and pain, Jamie was so impacted by the way the Lord healed and helped him, he immediately turned outward to see it happen again for those around him. Jamie began his career as a youth developer when he was sixteen in a small church's youth group in Florida. In college, the Lord gave him a vision: what if you could create teams like leagues of superheroes that go out to impact their cities? From this, Boy With a Ball was born. What began as one team in San Antonio, Texas has grown into an international organization with teams across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and the U.S.A. Jamie currently serves as the Executive Director for Boy With a Ball. He and his wife, Kathy, have three adult children and live in Atlanta, Georgia. Jamie and Kathy have given their lives to help young people reach their God-given purpose.
