Melphon holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from Monash University, Australia. Until founding Uwezo Liberty, Church Melphon was an Associate and Youth Pastor at the Truelight Christian Church, a ministry of the Australian Christian Churches Melbourne (ACC) in Victoria, Australia. Before founding Uwezo Liberty Church together with her husband, Pastor Melphon, Esther served as the women’s ministry leader at her local church in Kenya called East Assembly (formally Kenya Assembly of God Buru Buru). Prior, she had also served in the worship ministry at the Christ Co-workers (CHRISCO) Fellowship in Nairobi. Esther loves to see the family strengthened and has a heart for women and people in general.  She and her husband, along with her three sons, Elijah, Joshua, and Isaac, form a formidable ministry team.
