Pastor Wesley Pennington enjoys firing up his smoker and preparing some delicious meat for family and friends

When Pastor Wes prepares brisket, he follows a set process: tenderize, prep, wrap, and then cook and smoke the meat "low and slow." Along the way, Pastor Wes discovered from personal experience that this is the same process God used to prepare him, and the one he uses to prepare every man--including you.

In his first book, Through the Smoker, Pastor Wes shares testimonies, stories, lessons, and even a recipe to help you understand God's plan to transform you so your full flavor of who God made you to be can be released and enjoyed by others.
